HOW TO WEAR

Step 1: Open hook-and-loop wrist strap and thumb strap. Slide hand into the brace and thumb into the thumb hole. 

Step 2: Wrap the wrist strap around the wrist and secure it at the base of the wrist. Adjust until it feels firm, yet comfortable.

Step 3: Wrap and secure the thumb strap around the thumb for a better fit, or along the base of the thumb for added stability.

HOW TO WASH

Care Instructions: Secure all straps prior to washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.

DO NOT: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach, or fabric softeners.
